The VectaStar 600 Flex from Cambridge Broadband Networks is a Point-to-Multipoint Microwave Platform for backhaul, small cell backhauls, enterprise access, and ISP networks. It has a small form factor and operates in the ETSI 26 GHz band & FCC 29/31GHz LMDS A2/A3 bands. The VS600 Flex is available with 30 or 90-degree sector antennas and has a capacity of up to 620 Mbps per link, up to 1.6 Gbps per sector, and up to 19.2 Gbps per hub site. It has a typical range of 5.5 miles at 26 GHz and is backwards compatible with the rest of CBNL’s VectaStar portfolio. The applications of VectaStar 600 Flex include smart cities, fixed wireless security, CCTV, surveillance networks and campus-wide connectivity such as for hospitals, universities, and schools
VectaStar 600 Flex is the latest evolution in the VectaStar family which leverages a small form factor and increased antenna options enabling a broader range of use cases than any other product available on the market.
VectaStar 600 Flex will service the ETSI 26GHz band & FCC LMDS A2/A3 (29/31GHz) Band and offers a smaller form factor (50% volume reduction compared with earlier VS600 variants
Supported applications include smart cities, fixed wireless security, CCTV, surveillance networks and campus wide connectivity such as for hospitals, universities and schools.
VS600 Flex is fully backward compatible with the rest of CBNG’s market-leading VectaStar portfolio.
